Our Japan Group, Tsuchiyoshi Industry, established an in-house technology research center (Laboratory) in 2009. The Research Center had already set up a testing laboratory and started researching sand. The center’s primary business is defect analysis as a client partner by utilizing the technology and analytical research results it has accumulated thus far. Along with the change in manufacturing methods, the casting industry is also moving away from the old ways and continues to develop. We have collaborated with the Indonesian Team (THI) to conduct research and development in the search for materials to subtitute imported goods (TKDN / Local Content), considering that Indonesia has abundant natural resources than can be utilized with a touch of technology.

We are commited to being a company that is resonsive to societal changes and continues to grow together with indonesia while facing new challenges. In 2023, we started developing our bussines, manufacturing for the production of Carbonization & Activated Carbon (Biomass Material) by using Indonesia's abundant resources, which are based on Palm Kernel Shell (PKS), Candlenut (CNS), Coconut Shell (CS) waste, for the export market.
The Silica Sand that we used comes from Sumatra, Belitung Island. Our Silica Sand offers various advantages, including its use as a raw material for glass production, Biomass Boiler, Foundry Sand, etc. The particles of our quartz have been purified to over 99.5% and are ready for use and support for export.
